It’s pretty simple! We’ll send you a secure video link before your session. You just need a quiet space and a phone, tablet, or computer — no downloads or tech stress.
Nope! Our platform works through your browser. We’ll send everything you need ahead of time, so you’re ready to go.
Yes. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I’m licensed to prescribe medications if we decide together that they’re part of your treatment plan.
Not always. The first session is all about getting to know you — your history, your concerns, and what you’re hoping for. If meds are appropriate, we’ll discuss your options and move at your pace.
You can request a session right through the website or reach out by phone or email. We try to respond within 24–48 hours.
Yes, we accept. If you’re out-of-network, we can provide a superbill you can submit for reimbursement. We also offer private pay options if you’re not using insurance.
That’s okay! We offer straightforward self-pay pricing and try to keep care accessible. If you have questions, just ask — we’re happy to talk it through.
Life happens — we get it. Just let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. That helps us offer the spot to someone else who may be waiting.
Yes. We follow all HIPAA guidelines, and your privacy is a top priority — especially during virtual care. What you share in session stays between us.
We’re not an emergency service. If you’re in immediate danger or need urgent help, please call 911 or contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Expect a conversation, not a checklist. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, your history, and how we can support you moving forward. It’s a space to feel heard and understood.
It varies! Some clients check in monthly, others more frequently — especially at the start. We’ll decide together what makes sense for your care
